Rapid Manufacturing Thermo Forming Technology

We support our business partners in optimizing the use of our highly effective rapid manufacturing thermoforming technology.

This patented FlexiMould Technology is a new, third type of Rapid Manufacturing technique. In contrast to powder or liquids that is used in 3D printing and blocks as used in CNC milling, the FlexiMould technology uses (plastic-composite-glass-fiber) thermo sheets as base material. From a 3D file, a reconfigurable bed of pins, the pin-mould is created and used in combination with thermo-formed material to produce the desired 3D shape.

Never has the production of thermo formed small series and prototypes in interior, exterior, industries and orthopedics been so good, rapid and cost effective. It is most effectively employed with our range of machines, auxiliaries, optional with CADCAM-, thermo material research and other added value services.
