Packaging

On demand packaging for any product is possible with out technology. The FlexiMould technology offers a flexible and cost-effective method for the fabrication of custom packaging products. This means that there is no need for a large inventory of standard packaging products since the custom package is created on demand, whenever you like. All mould shapes can be digitally stored; a warehouse with moulds is no longer needed. Different designs can de designed in our 3D software or our 3D scanner can scan objects that need to be packaged. This scan can then be stored digitally and translated to the bed-of pens when needed. It is possible to produce custom interiors for standard cases and different parts or products can be combined in one inlay. Different materials can be used to create custom packaging on the FlexiMould. These include a wide range of thermo-plastics and foams.
